Balmes Balmes - Maximilian Kammermeier & Paul Pfeiffer GbR is the data controller; our postal address is in the legal notice. We collect your first name, email, and phone number to manage guestlist entry for this event. We also record a short code identifying which link brought you here, so we can see which posters and campaigns worked. Legal basis for guestlist entry: your consent, given by submitting the form. Future-event email is covered separately, below. Your details are submitted through Google Forms and stored in a linked Google Sheet on our business Google account. We don't sell or share your data with third parties outside running the event. If you join our WhatsApp Community, other members of that Community may be able to see your phone number. Data is kept for up to 24 months of inactivity, after which it's deleted. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing info@balmesbalmes.com.

We'll email you about future Toca Rouge events on the basis of Article 13(2) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), as implemented in Spain by Article 21 LSSI and in Germany by §7(3) UWG — the rule that lets a business tell its own customers about its own similar events. We use it only for Toca Rouge events, never for anything else.
